It provides companies with an efficient and cost-effective telecommunications facility that support voice, fax, data, messaging, image, video or a combination of them with point-to-point connections among headquarters and overseas locations.

The IPLC service is protocol transparent and can support all commonly used protocols such as Frame Relay, ATM, PPP, IP, etc.
