NWT has won 5 awards at the Customer Service Excellence (CRE) Award 2007. The awards demonstrate its excellent customer service quality and the continuous effort of the professional customer service team.

Besides winning “High Speed Customer Service of the Year (Telecommunications)” for the third consecutive year, NWT won “Best Use of Knowledge Management of the Year (Telecommunications)” for the first time. What’s more, numerous staff members from Customer Service Department were awarded “Customer Service Team Leader of the Year (Contact Center) and merit awards of “Customer Service Professional of the Year (Contact Center)”.

APCSC has been organizing the CRE Awards annually since 2002, aiming to promote service quality and customer service excellence across Asia Pacific region, and to recognize outstanding customer service professionals.
