Service Activation - Only for "Self-Selected PIN" customers 
Please activate the service through the following access number.
To activate 009 Hong Kong Connect Service
1. Please use your Pre-registered Telephone Number to call 009 Hong Kong Connect Access Number 31100995
2. Key in 009 Hong Kong Connect Number
3. Key in your self-selected 6-digit PIN
4. Key in again your self-selected 6-digit PIN to confirm
 

Note: PBX (Private Branch Exchange) Number cannot be set as Pre-registered Telephone Number.
   
 
How to use 009 Hong Kong Connect Service
Calling from overseas countries to Hong Kong or other countries
1. Dial local IDD access no.* + 852 + 009 Hong Kong Connect Number
Hang up after the call is connected
System will call your pre-set Designated Overseas Telephone Number automatically
Pick up the call when the phone rings, and follow the voice instructions
2. Enter Country Code + Area Code (if any)** + Telephone Number + <#>
or
Short Code Number 010 to 015
* For mobile phones, press "00" or "+" ; for local fixed lines, please check with respective operators.
** For calls made to Hong Kong, please enter 852.
   
To change / check Designated Overseas Telephone Number
1. Dial 009 Hong Kong Connect Access Number 31100995
2. Key in 009 Hong Kong Connect Number & PIN
3. Press <1> to change the Designated Overseas Telephone Number*
Key in Country Code + Area Code (if any) + Telephone Number + <#>
Press <1> to confirm <2> to change
4. or
Press <3> to check the pre-set Designated Overseas Telephone Number
5.
or
Press <4> to set Short Code Number
Press <1> to check Short Code Telephone Number <2> to change Short Code Telephone Number

To set/ change your HeartsConnect Dialling Number, please fill in and submit the Service Amendment Form to us by post or fax to 2133-2137.
   
 
How to use other features of 009 Hong Kong Connect
A. Direct Dialling Method - Calling from overseas countries to Hong Kong / other countries
1. Dial Designated International Access Number
2. Select language <1> Cantonese <2> English <3> Mandarin
3.
 Key in 009 Hong Kong Connect Number & PIN
4. Press <1> to make calls to Hong Kong
Enter Hong Kong telephone number + <#> ( 852 is NOT required )
5. or
Press <2> to make calls to other countries
Key in Country Code + Area Code (if any) + Telephone Number + <#>
6. or
Press <3> to call the pre-set "HeartsConnect" Numbers*
Key in your designated "HeartsConnect" Short Code 011 to 016
Making calls continuously
1. Key in <#> twice to make another call while conversation finished
(maximum 3 calls can be connected consecutively)
Amend wrongly input number
1. Press <*> for wrongly input number amendment
* Press <#> to check the details of the pre-set "HeartsConnect" Short Codes
   
B. Direct Dialling Method - Calling from Hong Kong to overseas countries
1. Dial 009 Hong Kong Connect Other Features Access Number 2091
2. Key in 009 Hong Kong Connect Number & PIN
3. Press <2> to make calls to overseas
Enter Country Code + Area Code (if any) + Telephone Number + <#>
4. or
Press <3> to call the pre-set "HeartsConnect" Numbers*
Key in your designated "HeartsConnect" Short Code 011 to 016

* Press <#> to check the details of the pre-set "HeartsConnect" Short Codes.
