Remarks:
1. The proper functioning of NetTalk Home Broadband Phone Service depends on the provision of a valid broadband network, which is responsible by the customer.

2. Customer acknowledges that the provision of service may be temporarily suspended and affected by factors including but not limited to failure, interruption or delay in power supply or internet connectivity, PC configuration or configuration of network firewall.  NWT shall not be liable to customer for any direct or indirect loss or damages arising out of the foregoing.
