How to make calls from Hong Kong to overseas?
Customer can either use direct dialling or short code dialling method
A) Direct Dialling
1. Dial International Calling Card Access Number "2091"
2. Key in your International Calling Card Number
3. Key in your PIN
4. Press "2" to make calls to overseas
5. Key in Country Code + Area Code (if any) + Telephone Number + "#"
   
B) Short Code Dialling
1. Dial the International Calling Card Access Number "2091"
2. Key in your International Calling Card Number
3. Key in your PIN
4. Press "3" to make calls to your Short Code Dialing Numbers
5. Key in your designated Short Code "011" to "029" *
  * To set/ change your Short Code Telephone Number, please fill in and submit the Service Amendment Form to us by post or fax to 2133-2137.
   
 
How to make calls from overseas to Hong Kong?
1. Dial the International Calling Card Access Number of the country you are dialling from.
2. Select language option:
  <1> Cantonese
<2> English
<3> Putonghua
3. Key in your International Calling Card Number
4. Key in your PIN
5. Press <1> for calling to Hong Kong
6. Dial your designated telephone number in Hong Kong (excluding the country code 852), followed by the "#" key
   
 
How to make calls from overseas to other countries?
1. Dial the International Calling Card Access Number of the country you are dialling from.
2. Select language option:
  <1> Cantonese
<2> English
<3> Putonghua
3. Key in your International Calling Card Number
4. Key in your PIN
5. Press <2> for calling to other countries
6. Dial Country Code + Area Code (if any) + Telephone Number + "#"
