Simply settle your New World Telecom bills at any 7-Eleven 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To facilitate your payment, we have printed a 7-Eleven bar code on the upper right corner of all our invoices. The payment procedure is so simple that you just need to

 
 

- Present your invoice and pay the exact amount by cash at the cashier at any 7-Eleven.

- Keep the receipt as record.

- Please note that an administrative charge of HK$1.9 will be applied every time bill payment is made at any 7-Eleven store. This administrative charge will be shown in the next bill.

- Please allow three working days for processing.

   
 
  Bill Enquiry & Payment

You can settle your bill payment either via direct debit from your bank account or credit card account on the payment due date. Once the Autopay account is authorized, you will be notified through your invoice with a designated indication. Please proceed payment as usual until you receive the mentioned invoice.
 
  By Bank Autopay

Please print out and complete the Direct Debit Authorization form, then return it to your account registration bank. Under normal circumstances, the Autopay application takes a minimum of 4 weeks to process. To obtain the form, please click here.
 
  By Credit Card Autopay (Applicable to Personal Customers Only)

Please print out and complete the application form together with credit card copy (front and back) either by mail to Customer Service Department, New World Telecommunications Ltd., 17/F Chevalier Commercial Centre, 8 Wang Hoi Road, Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong or by fax as indicated in the form.   Please detach the payment slip from the invoice and send it together with your crossed cheque. Please write the Invoice No. and Customer No. at the back of your cheque. Please do not send cash or cash cheques. Post-dated cheques will not be accepted and receipt will not be issued. Please allow 5 working days for the processing your payment after we received your crossed cheque.
